摘要
针对菏泽发电厂300MW“W"火焰锅炉设计特点及配风特性、通过调试及运行实绩,确定了较合理的配风方式。该种燃烧方式对风量配比及氧量变化的敏感性较强,炉内平行流场不利于风煤充分混合;而锅炉两侧氧量偏差的产生,与燃烧系统结构布置形式及两侧风煤配比有关,并受A、B磨煤机两端出口温度偏差的影响。减小A、B磨煤机两端出口温度偏差,应是减少锅炉两侧氧量偏差的主要运行调整手段之一。
In view of the design features and air distribution properties of300MW 'W'flame boilers in Heze Power Plant ,through debugging and operation practi ce,comparatively rational air distribution mode was determined.Analysis held t hat,the sensitivity of this combustion mode to coal-air ratio and oxygen varia tion was stronger,parallel flow field in boiler was unfavorable to full mixing of air and coal;while the oxygen deviation producing on both sides of boiler re lated to the layout of combustion system configuration and coal-air ratio on b oth sides,and was under the influence of temperature deviation at both and outl ets of A.B coal pulverizers.To reduce the temperature deviation at both end ou tlets of A.B coal pulverizers should be one of main operational adjustment mea ns of reducing oxygen deviation on both sides of boiler.
