摘要
电力系统规划的基础是建立模型 ,论述并探讨电力系统规划中的电源规划、维修规划、水火电运行规划及起停规划建模问题 ,其内容主要包括 :各类规划模型的目标函数建模、约束条件设定及其意义、模型求解方法等。
Modeling is the basis of the power system planning.The modelings of the power planning,the maintenance planning,the operate planning and the start-stop planning are mainly discussed in this paper.The contents mainly are the modelings of the objective functions of the planning models,the establishment of the constraint conditions and their significance,the basic solutions of the models.
