摘要
自我效能感是影响教师教学科研水平提高的重要因素。分析自我效能感的成困,探讨其对教师教学科研活动的影响,有助于教师的专业发展。
The sense of self - efficacy is one of the important factors which influences the improvement of teachers' teachingand scientific research level. To teachers' professional development it is helpful to analyse the causes of the sense of self -efficacy and to explore its influence on teachers' teaching and scientific research activities.
