摘要
论述了聚酯工业中对二甲苯氧化反应器关键技术的研究和发展,讨论了对二甲苯液相氧化反应特性和氧化反应器的工程特征及其研究开发对策,提出反应器设计必须同时满足气-液分散、液液混合和固体粒子悬浮三方面的要求,最后对未来的发展趋势进行了分析。
Advances of the key technique and research program for p-xylene oxidation reactor in polyester industry were reviewed. The characteristics of p-xylene oxidation reaction in liquid phase, the chemical engineering features of oxidation reactor and the research and development strategies of oxidation reactor were discussed. Gas-liquid dispersion, liquid-liquid mixing and solid particles suspension should be considered during reactor design. The future development trends was also analyzed.
