堆场中的钢支架设计

摘要 当钢支架两侧存在不对称堆料时 ,堆料将会对支架产生水平侧压力 ,该荷载的大小如何计算 ,目前还没有一个完善的计算模型。本文通过对某矿精矿堆场钢支架的现场位移观测 ,提出了在不对称堆载作用下 ,钢支架的荷载模型及较为实用的钢支架强度与刚度计算简图 ,对类似工程设计具有参考价值。 When materials are piling asymmetrically on both sides of a steel lining set, horizontal pressure would be exerted on the set. There is no perfect calculation model yet as to how to calculate this load. Based on the field observation of the displacement of the steel lining set in a certain concentrate stockpile ground, a load model for the steel lining set under asymmetrical loading was put forward along with relatively applicable calculation diagrams for the strength and rigidity of the steel lining set, which would serve as a reference for similar engineering design.
