摘要 为研究煤仓在卸料过程中的流态和动态侧压力,采用离散元模拟工具PFC3D模拟煤仓的卸料流态及卸料过程中仓体壁面的受力情况及物料内部压力分布。模拟结果表明:煤仓卸料过程中,仓壁各处的动态水平侧压力比静态水平侧压力明显增大,且随着颗粒的流出,仓壁所受的动态水平压力上下波动。 In order to study flow state and dynamic lateral pressure of the coal silo during the coal discharging process,a distinct element was applied to simulate the tools and the PFC3D was applied to simulate the flow state of the discharging material in a coal silo,the stress conditions of the silo liner during the material discharging process and the internal pressure distribution of the material.The simulation results showed that during the coal discharging process of the coal silo,the dynamic horizontal lateral pressure of each location of the silo liner would be obviously increased higher than the static horizontal lateral pressure and with the particle coal discharged,the dynamic horizontal pressure on the silo liner would be waved up and down.
