摘要
本文介绍了铝型材整体壁板挤压的发展,并对其中的扁挤压筒采用ANSYS弹性有限元方法进行了应力分析,得到应力分布图,分析指出扁挤压筒最大等效应力是在接近内套型腔的圆弧中部的工作表面上,针对这受力特点提出提高扁挤压筒强度的具体措施。
The development of whole wallboard extrusion of aluminum profiles is intro- duced in this paper. The stress of flat extruding tube is analyzed with ANSYS elastic finite el- ement method and the stress distribution figure is gained. From the figure, we find that the maximum equivalent stress is close to the middle work surface of inner die cavity. Finally, the corresponding measures are put forward.
