摘要
利用Dynaform软件对Fe-Mn-C与Fe-Mn-C-Al两种TWIP钢的凸耳成形过程进行了模拟,对TWIP钢延迟断裂进行了研究。结果表明,Dynaform可准确模拟TWIP钢凸耳成形过程,从模拟的应力分布图可以推断出残余应力是TWIP钢产生延迟断裂现象的主要原因之一,且Al的添加能降低残余应力集中,抑制TWIP钢延迟断裂。
In order to study the mechanism of delayed fracture , the Dyanform software was used to simulate the cup forming of Fe-Mn-C and Fe-Mn-C-Al TWIP steels.The results show that Dynaform can accurately simulate the cup forming of TWIP steel .The simulation results of residual stress distribution graph show that the residual stress is one of the main causes of delayed fracture of TWIP steel , and Al adding can reduce the residual stress concentration and restrain the delayed fracture .
