摘要
本文介绍了刑事诉讼法中关于律师提前介入的规定，分析了律师提前介入对于依法诉讼、保护当事人合法权益、保障律师履行职务以及法院客观公正判案的重要意义，阐述了律师提前介入的精神实质。对于律师提前介入在司法实践中执行情况进行了简要总结，指出了其中存在的一些问题以及造成这些问题的主要原因，并且有针对性地提出了推进律师提前介入工作的一些具体措施。
In this paper,the provisions of the lawyer’s prior intervention in the Criminal Procedure Law were introduced.The importance of the lawyer’s prior intervention was analyzed and its essentials were illustrated.The author summarized the present situation of the lawyer’s prior intervention in the judicial practices,pointed out some problems and its primary reasons.At the end of this paper,some practical methods to improve the implementation of the lawyer’s prior intervention were proposed accordingly.
