摘要
提出了一种新的特征模拟工程估价方法.通过计算机模拟运算建立了多元高次回归方程,产生模拟函数库.从而只需少量的信息(工程建设、工程管理、工程设计、工程施工)输入,便可在较短的时间内得到较精确的工程估价.
s:The rapid support system for engineering evaluation by eigenvalue simulation aims at the improve-ment of work efficiency and accuracy,which is a great significance for engineering construction owners,man-agers,consulter designers,constructors and so on to evaluate the engineering or even really to talk about the price.Meanwhile the rise of accuracy of engineering evaluation and the high speed of work should further im-prove the level of management,te chnique of design and construction.
