摘要
随着市场经济的推进,基于定额套价的工程估价方式,越来越多的暴露出许多问题。本文提出了研究"基于历史数据归纳分析的工程估价方法"的理论依据,基本思路及其应用前景,认为是一种可以形成企业核心竞争力,符合市场经济发展趋势的估价方法。
With the development of market economy, construction cost evaluation under quotation method appeared many problems. The paper pointed out research basis, basic thought and application prospects of "construction cost evaluation method by history data induce analysis". And it was hold that this method was helpful to enterprise core competitive power and matched market economy trend.
