摘要
通过理论及实验研究,全面系统地分析了碳纤维加固混凝土梁式结构可能发生的各种早期破坏原因及其破坏机理.得到以下结论:降低胶层剪切模量以及缩短片材端部至梁端支撑点的距离,皆可降低片材端部应力集中;由剥离破坏条件可预测构件的极限弯矩;在进行弯曲补强之前,必须验算构件弯剪区段内的抗剪力.依据此结论得到的改进措施可有效地防止加固梁早期破坏现象的发生,从而提高加固梁的工作稳定性.
Based on experimental tests and theoretical studies,this paper sy stematically analyses all possible in-cipient failures and failure mechanisms of carbon fiber strengthened concrete beams.The following conclusions are deriv ed:the stress concentration at the end of CFRP plate decreases when decreasing the shear modulus of adhesive layer and/or shortening the distance from the pla te end to the beam supporting points;the limit bending moment of the beam can be predicted from peel-off failure occurrence conditions;before flexural stren gthening,the resistant shearing stress at the flexural and shearing zone shoul d be checked.Improvement measures based on the above conclusions can effective ly avoid incipient failure occurrence of strengthened beams,hence en-hancing the service stability of strengthened beams.
