摘要
通过胶粘剂拉伸剪切试验、胶凝时间以及固化度和硬度分析,确定BGH-A1651是较适宜的固化剂,最佳用量为45%;CXS—A1678是较适宜的稀释剂.用拉伸剪切试验、拉伸强度试验及SEM断口观察,评价了2种丁腈橡胶的增韧改性效果,探讨了增韧机理.结果表明,EZR—A1HSD质量分数为10%~20%,EZR—B2DSD质量分数为5%~10%时,断121呈鳞片状结构,有较好的粘结性能,而且强度损失较少,适合作CFRP加固混凝土结构用粘结材料.
Through a series of tests on tensile and shearing strength, gel time, insoluble matter content and hardness, it is found that the appropriate curing agent is BGH-A1651 with the best addition quantity of 45% ,and the proper diluter is CXS-A1678. Effects of toughening modification of two different acrylonitrile butadiene rubbers were analyzed through tensile test,tensile and shearing tests and SEM fracture observation. The toughening mechanism was also studied. The results pointed out that the scaly structure is exhibited at fracture surface when the mass ratios of EZR-A1HSD and EZR-B2DSD are 10% - 20% and 5% - 10% , respectively. This material has good adhesive property with very little reduction in strength, showing that it is a suitable adhesive material for CFRP reinforced concrete structure.
