摘要
选用自育的油菜新优质雄性不育系作母本 ,综合性状优良的新优质恢复系作父本 ,采用 4× 4不完全双列杂交方法 ,分析了 1 6个组合 8个主要农艺性状的配合力。结果表明 ,2 1 2 A是一个较为理想的不育系 ,在多个产量性状上的一般配合力较高 ,应用潜力较大。1 1 0 2 C是一个较为理想的恢复系 ,在 6个产量性状上的一般配合力较高 ,经济性状突出。 2 1 2 A× 1 1 0 2
The combining ability of eight main agronomic traits were analyzed by conducting crosses whose parents were new sterile lines with good quality and restorers with better characters. The crossing modes were 4×4. The results shows that: 212A is an ideal sterile line with higher GCA in many productive traits and promising future. 1102C is a good restore with higher GCA in 6 traits. 212A×1102C is the best combination.
