摘要
为设计一薄壁结构件以满足耐一定外压并实现密封的实际工程要求 ,根据弹性稳定性理论计算了等容重柱形壳和球壳的临界失稳压力 ,通过优化设计制造了固定几何尺寸的球台封头柱形壳和球壳两种薄壁结构壳体 .随后利用试验进行了强度校核和验证 ,结果表明等容重球壳具有最高的耐压性能而且表面质量好 。
Critical buckling pressures were calculated and compared for cylindrical and spherical shells with equal volume density using the elastic stability theory. Then cylindrical shells with truncated spherical heads and spherical shells are manufactured by optimization choice. Meanwhile, experiments are proceeded to check the structural strengths. The results show that spherical shells have the greatest compression resistance with smooth surface quality and better sealing property.
