摘要
本文建立了车身覆盖件冲压成形CAE系统,其中包括模具和板材几何造型系统、冲压成形大变形弹塑性有限元分析系统以及分析结果后处理系统。并对桑塔纳轿车车顶冲压成形进行仿真计算,分析了板材厚度变化、应力和应变分布,确定了冲压成形中可能产生板料堆积和拉裂的区域。
A practical CAE system for autobody panel stamping forming simulation has been set up in this paper. It includes geometric modeling system for tools and blank, large-deformation elastic-plastic finite element analysis system for stamping forming, and post-process system for analysis results. The stamping forming process of Santana car's roof has been simulated by the established system. The distributions of thickness, stress and strain have been analyzed, and the wrinkling and cracking prone areas identified.
