摘要
目的研究促愈药苯妥英对伤口中性粒细胞(neutrophils,Neu)的影响。方法采用大鼠背部切割伤模型,伤口局部给予苯妥英后,观察伤口Neu的变化。结果伤后6、12、24、48、72h苯妥英(5、10、20mg/wound)均能有效地降低伤口Neu数量,抑制Neu自由运动和朝向FMLP的趋化运动,其作用与苯妥英剂量呈正比。苯妥英还能降低Neu对修复细胞———血管内皮细胞和成纤维细胞增殖的抑制作用。结论苯妥英抑制伤口Neu运动功能减少伤口Neu数量,调节Neu不利于创面愈合的功能,这些作用可能是苯妥英促愈合机制的一个方面。
Objective To study the effects of phenytoin(PHT)on wound neutrophils(Neu).Methods Rats were wounded on the back.PHT was administrated in wound.The numb er and some functions of wound Neu were observed.Results PHT at the dose of 5,10,20mg /wound could reduce the Neu number and inhibite th e mobile and chemotaxis motility of N eu at 6,12,24,48,72h after wounding.The effects of PHT were greater while PHT dose was bigger.Morever,P HT could decrease the inhibition of N eu to the proliferation of repair cells -vascular endothelial cells and fibroblasts.Conclusion That PHT promotes wound healing is partly by decreasing wound Neu number and modulating wound Neu functions.
