摘要
复习近 10余年来有关肠道营养与免疫的研究文献 ,对经肠道营养途径和几种营养素对肠道局部和全身免疫影响的研究进行综述。近年研究发现 ,肠道营养可保护肠道黏膜和免疫系统 ,有调节免疫细胞活性和细胞因子产生等作用 ,可减少感染等并发症和降低死亡率。还发现某些特定的营养素 ,如精氨酸 ,谷氨酰胺 ,核苷酸和不饱合脂肪酸等 ,对肠道结构和功能有保护作用 。
This paper reviews literature published within the 10 years on the effects of enteral nutrition and some special nutrient, and the host immune response. Topics discussed include immunomodulation by enteral nutrition, and the roles of some special nutrient such as arginine, glutamine, omega 3 fatty acids, and dietary nucleotides in the host immune response. The enteral nutrition has a significant effect on gut mucosa and immune system, it can modulating activity of immune cells and the production of cytokine,decrease incidence rate of infection and mortality rate. It also demonstrates the role of some special nutrient such as arginine, glutamine, omega 3 fatty acids, and dietary nucleotides in gut mucosa and function,and the effect on local and systemic immunity.
