摘要
本文就战略环境影响评价的概念、内涵、发生的机制、影响内容及表现形式进行了分析 ,并探讨了可持续发展的概念、着眼点及涉及的评价原则和评价内容 ,阐述了两者之间存在的必然联系。
In this paper, several problems in Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment are analyzed, such as the concept, the connotation, the mechanism, its content and form, the subsequent research of the concept, the perspective, and the assessment of principals and content of sustainable development. At last the relationship between them is discussed.
