摘要
摩擦副存在于众多的机械系统中 ,在对这类机械系统进行动态仿真时 ,由于在零速度值附近强烈的非线性特性 ,往往难于进行数值处理。这里提出了一种不含速度变量的摩擦副数值处理方法 ,并与多种摩擦副模型进行了比较 ,建立了SIMULINK的计算模块 ,仿真了一带有典型的心盘摩擦副的铁路客车车辆的曲线通过性能 ,验证了所研制的摩擦副模型的可行性。
The stick-slip friction is presented in most mechanical systems.Numerical simulation always difficulty because of strong nonlinear behavior at vicinity of zero velocity. A new method excluding the variable of velocity is described here and ompared with other friction models. The advantage of the modeling method has been validated via a simulation of curving performances of a railway vehicle with friction pivots and side-bearings systems.
