摘要
对Pd - 2 0W合金进行X射线衍射分析和差热分析 ,结果表明 :Pd - 2 0W合金是面心立方固溶体 ,合金的晶格点阵参数和晶粒大小随着温度的变化而变化 ,在温度缓慢下降至 75 0℃时出现了超结构转变。这表明在Pd - 2 0W合金中的K状态是一种超晶格结构。
X-ray diffraction analysis and differenti al thermal analysis(DTA)have been used to study the structure of Pd-20W alloy.The results showed that the Pd-20W alloy is a face-centered cubic solid solution and that lattice constants and crystal size of the solid solution alloy change with treatment temperature variation.The super-structure diffraction peaks appear wh en treatment temperature decreases slowly to 750℃.It follows that K-state in Pd -20W alloy is a super-lattice structure.
