摘要
针对网架螺栓节点球现行加工方法的不足 ,提出了虚拟球心基准、正交合成分度的方法 ,实现了螺纹孔在全球面任意分布的螺栓节点球的无基准加工 ,给出了基于正交合成分度方法的分度角度计算方法 。
Aimed at the shortcoming of manufacturing met hod available for bolted sphere nodes of network frame, a scheme of orthogonal c ompound scale division with a virtual sphere center as the datum is presented an d a corresponding computation method of scale division is also given, making pre parations for automatic programming of digital manufacturing of bolted node sphe res.
