摘要
针对网架螺栓节点球的加工问题 ,详细阐述了虚拟球心基准加工的思路和数控 2坐标回转分度及夹紧的方法 ,同时介绍了节点球加工中心的总体设计方案、CNC控制系统及工作循环 ,为网架螺栓节点球的加工提供了一种新的工艺方法和高效、高精度的设备。
This article mainly discusses the way to machine the bolted node sphere. It gives the detail about an approach with which a virtual center of sphere can be machining datum, the way of dividing and clamping through two numerical-controlled axes. Meanwhile, the whole design scheme of a machining center for bolted node sphere's manufacturing and its control system as well as working circulation are illustrated. All those provide a new processing technology and a high precision and efficiency equipment for machining of these parts.
