摘要
观察益气活血汤联合苦参素注射液抗乙型肝炎病毒的作用。设治疗组30例 ,以益气活血汤合苦参素注射液治疗 ,对照组 30例单纯用苦参素注射液治疗 ,疗程 6个月。结果 :治疗组HBeAg、HBV DNA的阴转率分别为 5 0 .0 0 %、5 6 .0 0 %。与对照组 40 .0 0 %、40 .91%相比有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。症状体征改善、好转亦较对照组明显 (P <0 .0 5～P <0 .0 1)。提示益气活血汤联合苦参素注射液有明显的抗乙型肝炎病毒作用。
To observe the action of 'Qi-Supplementing and Blood-Activating Decoction' plus kurarinone injection in the removal of hepatitis B virus,30 cases in treatment group were treated with the Decoction and kurarinone,and another 30 cases in control group were treated with mere kurarinone.They were all treated for 6 months.Results:In treatment group,the negative-conversion rates of HBeAg and HBV-DNA were 50.00 % and 56.00 % respectively;in the control group,they were 40.00% and 40.91% respectively,with great differences between the two groups (P< 0.05 );furthermore,the symptoms and signs improved more obviously in treatment group than in control group (P<0.05～ 0.01 ).
