摘要
本文主要探讨以”六项修炼”为基础的学习型组织的内涵和本质特征 ,综合我国传统企业改革创新的要求 ,提出一些创建学习型企业的的思考和建议 ,力求以组织管理创新加快国内企业改革与发展的步伐。
The article mainly focuses on the contents and essential characteristics of learning organizations based on the six cultivations to enterprise′s morality and the reform of chinese traditional enterprise, then it brings forward some considerations and suggestions to expedite organic innovation and development of domestic enterprises.The ability to learn more quickly and effectively has been a core competence for the persitant development of the modern outstanding corporations.
