摘要
提出了热分解法综合利用明矾石新工艺 :采用高温快速脱水、分解处理明矾石矿 ,既提高了明矾石的分解率 ,又保证了氧化铝的活性 ;采用“酸熔法”分离铝硅 ,既保证了氧化铝浸出率 ,又有效地解决了设备的腐蚀问题。实验结果表明 ,明矾石矿在 90 0℃下 ,焙烧 2 0min后 ,再经湿法加工 ,氧化钾和氧化铝的浸出率均能达到 95
A new technology of utilizing alumstone comprehensively by thermal decomposition has been developed. Processing of alumstone by dehydration and decomposition at high temperature can not only improve the decomposition rate of alumstone, but guarantee the activity of aluminum oxide; Segregating aluminum from silicon by acid fusion can ensure the extraction rate of aluminum oxide, and settle the problem of equipment corrosion effectively as well. The result shows that alumstone was roasted at 900 ℃ for 20 minutes, then through wet processing, and the extraction rates of potassium oxide and aluminum oxide were both reach 95% above.
