摘要
采用酸熔法分离矾泥中的铝与硅 ,不仅克服了碱浸工艺脱硅的复杂过程和铝回收率低的不足 ,而且解决了酸浸工艺中产品纯度低和设备材质要求高等问题。通过试验确定了酸熔最佳工艺条件为 :温度 2 0 0℃、时间 30min、酸铝比 1.18,活性铝的回收率为 96 .6 9% ,铵明矾的纯度在 99.5
Separating aluminum from silicon in alum sludge by acid fusion can not only overcome the disadvantages of the complex desiliconisation process and the low recovery of aluminum in alkali leaching process,but also solve some problems in acid leaching process,such as low purity of product,high quality requirement of equipment material,and so on.The optimum process conditions determined by tests ard as follows:temperature 200℃,time 30 min,ratio of acid to aluminum 1.18.The recovery of activated aluminum is 96.69%.The purity of ammonium aluminum sulfate is over 99.5%.
