出于种种原因 ,越来越多的营养素加入食品中 ,为建立合理添加必需营养素的一致原则 ,维持和促进食品的全面营养质量 ,减少由于添加过多、营养缺乏或不平衡所致的健康危害 ,世界各国和国际组织均制定相应的法规来规范这一行为。本文就国内外相关的法规管理情况进行介绍、比较 。
Due to varied reasons ,more and more nutrition fortification were added into food products.In order to improve the comprehensive nutrition quality and establish an identical standard for adding nutritional factor,many food ingredients organizations in the world formulated relevant regulations.This essay introduced and compared these regulations for the sake of using the experience of other countries for reference
