摘要
研究了在液相中制备钴蓝颜料所用沉淀剂的选择 ,分析了用尿素为均匀沉淀剂在制备钴蓝前驱体过程中的水解行为、影响因素及表征方法 ,通过对水解速率测试及数据处理计算出尿素水解反应活化能为 12 1.0 8k J/ mol.钴蓝前驱体制备过程中的成核过程 ,即Al(OH) 3沉淀的形成为均相成核 ,而 Co(OH) 2 沉淀的形成既有均相成核 ,也有非均相成核 。
The preparation method of cobalt blue pigment in the liquid phase was studied by using urea as homogeneous precipitating agent The authors of this paper have researched the urea hydrolytic behavior and characteristics of the precursor of cobalt blue in the preparation process,and calculated the activation energy of urea hydrolytic reaction by testing hydrolytic velocity and dealing with these data The paper also discusses the mechanism of the formation of nucleus in the preparation process of the precursor of cobalt blue Results showed that Al(OH) 3 precipitating formation is homogeneous nucleus formation, while Co(OH) 2 precipitating formation is not only homogeneous nucleus formation but also unhomogenous nucleus formation, and is mainly unhomogenous nucleus formation
