摘要
研究了以尿素为沉淀剂 ,采用软化学法合成具有尖晶石结构的钴蓝颜料的制备方法 ,尿素在不同条件下的水解行为及水解率的表征 ;探讨了煅烧温度与颜料的光学性能、晶型转化、以及粒径大小的关系 ;并将本法与干法所制颜料进行了对比。结果表明 ,本方法较干法煅烧温度低 10 0~ 2 0 0℃ ,晶型好 ,粒度均匀 ,晶界清晰 。
Preparation method of spinel structure cobalt blue pigment by the soft chemist was studied by using urea as precipitating agents.The hydrolytic behavior and characterization of hydrolytic velocity of urea under different conditions were also studied.The relationship between calcination temperature and optical property,diameter of particle,and transformation of cobalt blue were discussed.A comparison between the pigments obtained by the dry process and the above mentioned process was made.The result shows that the calcination temperature is 100~200℃ lower than that of the dry process,the pigments have excellent properties with good crystal morphology,uniform particle size.
