摘要
职业教育教师科研素养的提高，是素质教育的必然要求，也是促进职业教育发展，提高教师教学、理论水平的有效手段和途径。职业教育教师应努力学习，持之以恒，积极实践，勇于探索，博采众长，发挥优势，不断提高科研理论、科研能力和科研道德素养。
Imp ro ving the scientific research accom plishment of the teachers in vocational educ ation is an essential demand of quality-oriented education.It is an inexorable trend in developing vocational educa-tion.It is also an effective way to im p rove the teaching theory level of teachers.The teachers of voca-tional educati on should study hard and perseveringly,take an active in practising and researc hing,take in other's strong points and give full play to the advantage of their own.They should constantly improve their scientific research theory,abilities and moral accomplishment.
