提出了一种计算高温对流受热面管壁最高温度的校核算法 ,该方法基于局部能量和质量平衡的热力约束条件 ,与以往算法的主要区别是具有可校验性 ,因此计算结果更接近实际情况。文中叙述了该算法的原理 ,并以一实例说明其计算步骤 ,对计算的结果进行了讨论。该算法对改进高温对流受热面的壁温设计方法以及运行中壁温监测具有重要的实际价值。图 3表 3参
A novel method for estimating the highest tube wall temperature of the convective heat transfer surface is proposed. This method takes into account the thermal restrictive condition based on the energy and mass balance for the tube concerned. The advantage of the proposed method over the previous method that can not be calibrated according to the actual conditions is also discussed. The estimated results are more reasonable and agree with the practical situations. The principle and calculation procedures for estimating the tube wall temperature are outlined. The calculating procedure is also demonstrated by using a superheater as data source. The proposed method is of importance in improving the heat transfer surface design and the on line monitoring method of tube wall temperature. Figs 3, tables 3 and refs 5.
