摘要
用植物染色体标本制作的新方法,分析了菜用芥菜(Brassica juncea Coss)6个变种代表品种的核型,采用涂抹制片法观察比较了变种间杂种(F_1)减数分裂染色体行为异常的细胞数。结果表明,菜用芥菜不同变种的染色体数目均表现稳定一致(2n=36),但核型及其对称性有一定的差异。其核型公式分别为:大头芥变种2n=36=12m+16sm+8st,茎瘤芥变种2n=36=18m(2SAT)+12sm+6st,结球芥变种2n=36=2M+28m(4SAT)+6st,宽柄芥变种2n=36=22m(2SAT)+12sm(2SAT)+2st,苔芥2n=36=20m(1SAT)+12sm+4st,分蘖芥2n=36=18m(dSAT)+18Sm。变种间杂种(F_1)与其亲本间减数分裂染色体行为异常的细胞数差异不显著表明其染色体行为正常,杂交无遗传障碍。
Using a new method for preparing mitotic chromosomes,the karyopes of six cultivars of veg-etable mustard(Brassica junica Coss.)representating Six varieties of the species were investigated.Theywere found to have the same chromosome number,2n=36,but their karyotypes and symmetry exhib-ited some difference.The karyomorphological formulae appeared to be 2n=36=12m+16ms+8st forB.juncea Coss.var.megarrhiza,2n=36=18m(2SAT)+12sm+6st for var.tumida,2n=36=2M+28m(4SAT)+6st for var.capitata;2n=36=22m(2SAT)+12sm(2SAT)+2st for var.latipa,2n=36=20m(1SAT)+12sm+4st for var.utilis,and 2n=36=18m(4SAT)+18sm for var.multiceps.Acomparison of intervarietal hybrids(F1)and their parents revealed that no significant differences exist-ed between then in the number of cells with abnormal chromosome behavior at meiosis in the pollenmother cells,suggesting that no genetic block would be present in intervarietal crossing of the species.
