摘要
根据对天津市生活垃圾收集和运输中车辆亏载问题的调查研究 ,找出存在的问题 ,拟定了两个解决方案 。
Based on survey and study of less than payload problem in domestic waste collection and transport,two suggestions were provided,technology and economy analysis were made out.
