摘要
用一种新开发的粘土矿物原料累托石和其它原料 ,采用前驱体浸渍成型制备了性能良好的堇青石质泡沫陶瓷 ,并对其性能及结构进行了测试 ,结果表明这种堇青石质泡沫陶瓷的气孔率达 82 .5 8% ,热膨胀系数为 2 .36×10 - 6 /℃ ,耐火为 14 0 8℃ ,软化温度为 1377℃ 。
This study made a high quality cordierite foam ceramics using a special clay ore material rectorite successfully. The organic precusor dip forming process was used in this study. The product′s properties and microstructures have been tested by XRD?SEM and so on. The results show that the porosity is 82.58%, thermal expansion coefficient is 2.36×10 -6 /℃ at 20～ 1 000 ℃ , refractoriness is 1 408 ℃, softing point is 1 377 ℃ and thermal shock resistance is good.
