Preparation and Characterization of Clays Pillared by Polyhydroxyl-Al Cations

摘要 作者以辽宁某地的钙基膨润土为原料 ,首先对其钠化改型得到适合制备柱撑粘土的基质 ,然后较系统地考察了制备聚合羟基 Al离子的工艺条件 ,并运用 X射线衍射分析 (XRD) ,比表面积测定及煅烧试验等手段对柱撑粘土进行了表征。结果表明 :在温度 80~ 90℃ ,老化温度与时间分别为室温和 96 h的条件下制备聚合羟基 Al离子将其嵌入蒙脱石层间 ,可得到层间距 d( 0 0 1 ) 值与比表面积分别为 1.9194 nm和 14 7.2 m2 /g的柱撑粘土 ,30 0℃煅烧后其层间距稳定在1.8394 nm。 Pillared interlayer clays were prepared using the artificial Na bentonite from Liaoning province as starting materials. Pillaring agent solutions were prepared by adding by drops NaOH solution into AlCl 3·6H 2O solution at a rate of 1 mL/min with vigorous stirring. The R values [(OH)/(Al) molar ratios] were 2.4 .The characterization of pillared interlayer clays were determined by XRD?BET method and calcined tests. The results suggest when ployhydroxyl Al cations were prepared at 80~90 ℃,aged for 96 at room temperature, the d (001) value and special surface areas of pillared interlayer clays is 1.919 4 nm and 147.2 m 2/g ,respectively, after calcined at 300 ℃,the basal interlayer spacing is stabilized 1.839 4 nm, with high stability.
