摘要
采用不同的方法制备了铝柱撑蒙脱石并利用XRD、N_2吸附-脱附等手段对制得的样品进行了表征。系统的讨论了不同制备方法对获得样品的性能的影响。实验结果表明:正向和反向滴加法制备的柱撑蒙脱石的比表面积均比原样有较大的提高,正向滴加法孔结构分布以0.7nm、0.9nm的二维微孔分布为主,孔容较大;反向滴加法以0.7nm、0.8nm的二维微孔分布为主,孔容较小。
In this paper, Al-pillared montmorillonites were prepared utilizing different methods. Products were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction and N2 adsorption-desorption to systematically analysis the influences of different preparation methods. Test results show specific surface areas of Al-pillared montmorillonites prepared by normal and inverse striking methods are both larger than original ones. Sample prepared by normal striking method has 0.7nm ,0.9nm pore distribution with large volume, while the one prepared by inverse striking method has 0.7nm, 0.8nm pore distribution with minor volume. Intercalated pillar interacted with tetrahedral sheets reduce capacity of rehydration.
