The practice of Beijing Petroleum Branch to set up triple-stage logistic system,strengthen goods and materials flow management and realize delivery chain optimization,is introduced in the paper from the viewpoint of 'creating third source of profit'.The practice is taking the best saving of expense as final target,to achieve the petroleum branch's goal of enlarge the terminal sales more efficiently.
