摘要
随着社会的发展,餐饮连锁行业单纯通过配送中心进行原料配送的方式已不能满足企业的要求。文中在传统调度方式的基础上加上了门店协同调度的方式进行原料调度,并将一年分为T个订货阶段,建立了一个多阶段动态原料协同调度模型,目标是使总的运输成本最低。针对构建的模型,利用动态下界的分支定界法进行模型计算与数值分析,并通过仿真算例进行了可行性验证。
With the development of society,the needs of catering chain enterprises for raw materials can not be met through the distribution centersonly. In this paper,in additional to the traditional scheduling ways,the shop scheduling way is also used to convey raw materials. We divide one year into T order stages and propose a multi-stage dynamic cooperative scheduling model,which aims at minimizing the total transportation cost. We employabranch and bound method with dynamic lower bounds to solve the model. Finally,we give a simulation example to illustrate the feasibility of the model.
