摘要
本文讨论了绿洲规模扩张的阀限 ,认为干旱区绿洲扩张要受到资源、环境与生态的限制 ,绿洲规模一旦超过这些阀限 ,将会出现严重的人地关系失调。在此基础上探讨了绿洲规模扩张预警的意义以及指标体系建构的原则与步骤 。
The purpose of this paper is to discuss the thresholds on environment,ecology,and resources in the expansion of Oasis and to outline a conceptual framework of pre-warning indicators in the development of Oasis .Generally,the expansion of the oasis in arid land is subjected to the restraints of these thresholds.If special attention were not paid to these thresholeds,the immoderate expansion of the oasis would be taken place,which thus bring on many environmental and ecological issues,and the man-land relations of the oasis would be serious dislocated.Therefore,the opinion that the oasis can expand limitlessly must be discarded.These thresholds should be used as the theoretical basis to the studies on the scale controlling of the oasis.It is the objective demands of the sustainable development of the oasis to reveal these thresholds thoroughly .Based on the discussion of the thresholds that confined the expansion of the oasis,the conceptual framework of the pre-warning indicators in the development of the Oasis was put forward.
