摘要
基于对钢丝绳缺陷漏磁检测原理的分析,建立了一组全方位的钢丝绳缺陷信号特征量。应用模糊信号处理法,对缺陷信号特征量进行辨识,使钢丝绳损伤状况检测的准确性明显提高。介绍了新方法的试验结果。
Based on the analysis of testing principle in leakage fields of wire rope faults, a series of the characteristic values of wire rope default signals are defined. Applying fuzzy method to discern the characteristic values of the wire rope signals, the evaluation accuracy of the fault status is obviously increased. Finally, the experiment results of the new method are introduced.
