EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION INTO THE PERFORMANCE OF METAL-BELT TYPE CONTINOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION

摘要 采用试验研究的方法,对金属带无级变速器的传动性能以及影响因素进行了研究。设计制造了专用的CVT传动试验装置和电液控制变速系统,搭建了传动性能测试试验台,并进行了性能试验。试验结果表明,传动比、输入转矩和带轮油缸压力对传动性能有较大影响,输入转速对CVT传动效率也有较大影响。 The performance of continuously variable transmission (CVT) and its effect factors are investigated by experimental method. An experimental device of the CVT is designed and manufactured, an electro-hydraulic control system is built, and a performance test bench of the CVT is established. The performance experiment of the CVT is carried out. The experiment results show that transmission ratio, input torque, and oil pressure in pulley cylinder have great influence on the performance of the CVT, and the efficiency of the CVT is related to transmitted torque, oil pressure in pulley cylinder, transmission ratio and input rotary speed .
