摘要
本文提出了对尾管轴承进行优化设计的数学模型。并分别以功耗最小、“最小油膜厚度”最大为优化目标,通过改变长径比、间隙比、偏角比对尾管轴承进行了优化设计。在尾管轴承模拟试验台上对以功耗最小为优化目标的优化结果进行了试验验证。
This paper advances a mathematical model for the optimum design of the stern tube bearing. With the minimum frictional power loss and the maximum 'the minimum oil film thickness' as the optimum objectives, the marine stern tube bearing is optimized by adjusting the length to diameter ratio, the clearance ratio and the altitude angle ratio. The result from optimization is tested and verified on the imitated test equipment of the stern tube bearing.
