摘要
船舶尾管轴承的可靠性和使用寿命直接影响船舶的安全航行和营运的经济效益。本文在对船舶尾管轴承润滑性能进行分析的基础上,讨论了传统的尾管轴承结构存在的主要问题,设计了一种新型的尾管轴承结构。理论计算和试验表明,其润滑性能优于传统的尾管轴承,新型的尾管轴承结构具有较好的实用性。
The reliability and service life of stern tube bearing are vital in ensuring safe operation and economic benefits. Based on the analysis on the lubricating properties of stern-tube bearing for 27000 DWT bulk carrier, the main problems of traditional design are discussed. A new type of bearing design is proposed and its satisfactory lubricating property is verified by experimental results.
