摘要
新课程将改变教师的角色和教学方式。教师要与新课程同行,就必须成为学生学习的组织者、参与者、帮助者、引导者、促进者,成为课程的研究者、开发者、决策者;必须掌握新的专业要求与技能:学会关爱,学会理解,学会宽容,学会给予,学会分享,学会选择,学会激励、学会合作,学会“IT”,学会创新;在课程改革中不断实现自我更新的专业发展。
New curriculum will change teacher's role and teaching method. In order to keep up with new curriculum, first of all, a teacher must act as an organizer, participant, helper, conductor, facilitator and a researcher, explorer and decision-maker of curriculum. Secondly, a teacher must master new specialized skills of education, that is, learning to show loving care, learning to understand, learning to tolerate, learning to offer, learning to wait, learning to share, learning to choose, learning to inspire, learning to cooperate, learning 'IT' and learning to create. Lastly, a teacher must realize his self-improvement and specialized development in the curriculum reform.
