摘要
本文研究了企业从资本原始积累、规模经济到借助资本市场之力成为大型成功现代企业的一般过程。探讨了企业如何在产品运作的基础上,实现无形资产有形化、有形资产证券化、证券资产货币化的基本途径。
This paper explores the general process of enterprises.Usually,enterprises start from the original capital accumulation,then gradually develop into a scaled economy,and finally become large-sized successful modern enterprises by means of capital market.Besides,the paper also introduces the way about how to achieve the tangibility of invisible assets and how to become stock company with tangible assets,and how to make stock assets calculated in currency on the basis of product operation.
