摘要
本文报道了以廉价的丁醇、丙二酸二乙酯为原料合成食用和烟用香料3—甲基戊酸.合成线路短,操作方便.
This paper reports on the synthesis of food and tobacco perfume 3-Melhylpentanoic acid. The starting materibl was sec. -butanol and malonic ester, the synthetic route is feasible and simple.
