摘要
目的 :建立联苯胺荧光分光光度法测定一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)活力的方法。方法 :采用联苯胺荧光分光光度法测定生物样品中 NOS在单位时间内生成的一氧化氮 (NO)量来计算 NOS活力。结果 :联苯胺荧光分光光度法测出的 NOS活力与文献报道基本一致。结论 :联苯胺荧光分光光度法具有简便、迅速和重现性好的特点 ,适合于大批量组织器官样品中的
AIM An assay method for nitric oxide synthase(NOS) activity was developed based on fluorometric spectrophotometry with benzidine. METHOD Formation of NO in unit time was measured by benzidine fluorescence spectrophotometry, which was used to determine the activity of NOS. RESULTS The result of the NOS activity is consistent with the literature. CONCLUSION Benzidine fluorescence spectrophotometry was simple, accuracy, sensitive and applicable for determination of NO content and NOS activity in biological sample.
