摘要
目的探讨战争应激环境状态下,单一和复合应激条件对胃运动和胃粘膜损伤的变化情况。研究应激对胃功能的损伤机制。方法将SD雄性大鼠随机分成四组,即而形成枪击音应激组(A组);睡眠剥夺应激组(B组);枪击音和睡眠剥夺联合应激组(C组);并设立空白对照组(D组)。在给予不同的应激条件干预下,在不同的时间内,分别采用浆膜法检测大鼠胃电的变化,采用Chen法对胃粘膜的损伤情况进行分析处理。同时对不同应激组在一定时间段内的胃粘膜的病理变化进行观察。结果随着应激时间的不断增加,不同条件的应激组其胃运动的变化呈现抑制状态,而复合应激因素的影响较单一应激因素的影响明显;不同条件的应激组其胃粘膜损伤和病理变化,随着应激时间的不断增加,粘膜损伤加重,病理变化愈加明显。复合应激因素对胃粘膜的损伤影响更加显著。结论战争环境因素应激对胃的运动和胃粘膜造成不同程度的影响和损伤,而多种应激因素的影响和损伤更为严重。
Objective: To study the effects of stress with simple and/or multiple factors mimicking fighting environment on gastric mucosa and. the mechanism of mucosal lesion. Methods: Male SD rats were divided randomly into four groups, i.e. shot sound group, sleep deprivation group, complex group(shot sound plus sleep deprivation) and control group. The former three groups were challenged by these mimicking fighting environments stimulation(stress condition) and then the pathological changes of their gastric mucosa and some relative factors, such as gut hormones, nitric oxide, SOD and MDA, were observed at different times by the immunochemistry and chemistry analysis methods. Results: As the challenged time increased, the gastrointestinal activity was suppressed under the various stress conditions. The longer the challenged time was, the more obvious the gastric mucosal lesions of the animals were under the stress conditions, compared with those without stress. The changes of the relative influencing factors were also obvious under the stress conditions. All these changes of the complex group(multiple factors) were more remarkable than those of other two challenged groups(single factor) and the control. Conclusion: The fighting environment may induce gastric mucosal lesion and the effects of multiple factors were more significant than those of single factor.
