摘要
目的探讨透明质酸钠（Sodium hyaluronate product,SHP）在同种异体肌腱移植后防止肌腱粘连的作用。方洁 对 23例 37指屈肌腱损伤,行异体屈肌腱移植后,均匀涂 SHP2mL～4mL,修复腱鞘,术后72小时开始手指功能锻炼。另选20例35指屈肌腱损伤,用同样方法治疗,术中不用SHP作对照。结果两组经过平均 1年 8个月的随访,按 TAM（Total active movement,TAM）标准评定疗效,SHP组37指,疗效优良者33指,优良率89.2％,显著高于对照组的62.9％（P<0.05）。结论透明质酸钠能防止或减轻异体肌腱移植后肌腔粘连,促进肌腱愈合。
Objective To explore the effect of sodium hyaluronate product (SHP) in preventing flexor tendon adhesion after the operation of the allogenous tendon grafting. Methods After the tendon defect were repaired by allogenous tendon grafts in 37 digits of 23 cases, (2~4)mL SHP was spread on the tendon sheath and repair it. Functional training was performed as early as 72 hours postoperatively. 35 digits of 20 cases which were repaired with the same procedure but without SHP, served as control. Results According to TAM standard, 33 digits of SHP spreading group, that is 89.2%, had an excellent or good results in an average of 20 months following-up. The excellent and good rate was significantly higher than that of the control, Which was 62.9% (P<0.05) . Conclusion SHP could effectively prevent or reduce tendon adhesion, promote tendon healing after the operation of the allogenous tendon grafting.
